Longevity is more than growing old. It’s growing old with energy, zest and happiness. I don’t know about you.. but I’m planning to dance on tables with a glass of champagne in my hand when I’m 90!! This takes preparation though… decades of preparation!

If you are ready to take a deep dive into how you can maximize your fun for as long as possible, you have come to the right place. This is a long-term relationship where I will guide you through the pillars of a happy, healthy life; movement, breath, sleep, diet and connection/relationships.

I will help you tweak these pillars to not just make you healthier, but to do so in a balanced scientific manner. Don’t worry, you will not be eating nothing but salad leaves and exercising 5 hours a day.

We will meet on a weekly basis (virtually or in real life) slowly incorporating new habits into your lifestyle, making sure they stick and make appropriate adjustments (hint: we are all different and need different things).
